Carolyn Ann Snook, age 77 of Smithfield, passed away on Monday, October 9, 2023. Daughter of the late Chester and Nancy (Bennett) Snook, she was a Licensed Practical Nurse, retiring after working 37 years in health care. She was a former member of Eminence United Pentecostal Church, was an avid reader, and loved to play Bingo! A proud resident of Crestview Nursing Home, she was President of the Resident Council for three years. Carolyn was preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Freeman; brother, Johnnie Snook; nephews: Robbie, Billy and Robert; and special friends, Janice Casey & Bonnie Jean Meadows.

The family wishes to extend special thanks to the caring staff at Crestview Nursing Home and U of L Shelbyville Hospital for their loving kindness toward Carolyn and her loved ones.

Memorial Service: 12 Noon on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at Prewitt Eminence Funeral Home.
