John Robert Clark, age 71 of Shelbyville (formerly of New Castle and LaGrange), passed away Sunday, September 18, 2022. He attended Covington Baptist Church. The son of the late Walter Sullivan & Annie (Payton) Clark and he was preceded in death by four sisters, Annie Frazier, Kathy Pettit, Emma Stethen & Lydia Margaret Stethen and four brothers, Jimmy Lee Clark, Albert Bill Clark, Raymond Clark & Joe Sullivan Clark. John loved fishing and playing his favorite board game, Aggravation. He was always very easy going, no matter the situation.

Several Nieces, Nephews, Great-Nieces and Great-Nephews

Funeral Service:    1 PM on Friday, September 23, 2022 at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home.

Burial:  Sulphur Cemetery

Memorial contributions may be given to WHAS Crusade for Children

Visitation:      11 AM until service time on Friday at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home.
