Mary “Sissie” (Frazier) Combs, Age 71, passed away on Tuesday, October 31^st at Nortons Brownsboro Hospital. Daughter of Owen Carroll and Mary Catherine (Popp) Frazier she was a homemaker.  She loved playing video games, listening to Elvis music, watching UK Basketball and spending time with her grandchildren.  An adoptive mother to many, she opened her home to everyone and loved all children.  Sissie was preceded in death by her sister, Donna Bennett, and her brothers, Donald Ray & Herbert Frazier.

7 Grandchildren, 5 Great-Grandchildren

Funeral Service:   2 PM on Monday, November 6, 2023, at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home, officiated by Bro. Josh Frazier.

Pallbearers:   Johnathan Lee Walker, Owen Frazier, Jr., Dwayne Lee Combs,

Caleb David Allen Gibson, Justin Mertz & David Wayne Combs, II

Burial:  Point Pleasant Cemetery
