Bobby Downey, age 62 of New Castle, passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2022. Son of the late David and Lorene (Baxter) Downey, He helped take care of the grounds at Oldham County Country Club and was the former club house manager of Henry County Country Club. Bobby enjoyed his work, played golf as often as he could and was an avid card player. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Ben Downey and his sister, Ruth (Downey) Kidd.

                        Robbie Downey (Vada) of Sulphur

Several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held by the family at a later date. There will be no visitation at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home.
