Charles "Shorty" Dixon, age 67 of New Castle passed away at Norton Hospital, Louisville.  Son of the late Perry & Fannie Mae (Downey) Dixon, Shorty was a farmer. He was preceded in death by two brothers; Dave Dixon & Willard Woods.
