Gayle Samples, age 60 of New Castle passed away Monday, August 12, 2024. He was the son of the late Ollie and Viola (Claris) Samples. Gayle worked at Rose Hill Greenhouse for over 25 years, Norms grocery for 10 years and Our Best for over 6 years. He was preceded in death by a Grandson, Bentley Samples.

Funeral Service:  2 PM on Monday, August 19, 2024, at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home, officiated by Bro. Nathan Shaw.

Interment:   Smithfield Cemetery

Pallbearers:  Bradley Samples, Aaron Samples, Nick Samples, Donald Crouch, Ethan Nolin, Andrew Mahoney, Jacob Wilson, David Troxell, Dustin Lane Samples, and Donny Dixon

Visitation: 10 AM until service time at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home.
