Eugene “Gene” Gordon Batterton, age 80 of Sulphur, passed away on Monday, February 1, 2021.  Son of the late Thomas Gordon and Dorothy Irene (Morris) Batterton, he was a Blacksmith and a United States Air Force Veteran.  Gene loved horse racing, fishing and playing cards.

Gene was cremated.  There will be no services at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home.
