Yvonne (Roberts) Dunavan, age 89 of Eminence, passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2024.  She retired as a bookkeeper for O’Nan Transfer after 21 years of service and then worked at Norm’s Grocery Store as bookkeeper for 27 years.  She was a member of Eminence United Methodist Church.  She loved sports and always rooted for the UK Wildcats.  She enjoyed spending time with her kids and grandchildren.  Yvonne was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Dunavan; daughter, Connie McIntosh; son, George Lee Dunavan; and brother, Lee Roberts.

Son-in-Law:   David McIntosh of Shelbyville

10 Grandchildren            17 Great-Grandchildren            7 Great-Great-Grandchildren

Funeral Service: 2 PM on Monday, July 29, 2024, at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home, officiated by Bro. Ed Berry of Henry Christian Church.

Memorial contributions may be made to Henry Christian Church.      

Interment:  Defoe Cemetery
