Charlotte (Cowherd) Russo, age 81 of Eminence, passed away Saturday, December 28, 2024, at her residence surrounded by her caring family. She attended Restoration Life Church in Eminence and formerly attended Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints of Shepherdsville. Charlotte loved her sons and has always had a strong Love for God & Faith. A secretary for many years, she worked for several companies throughout her career. An avid Genealogist with records back to the 1500’s, she collected Native American Artifacts and gemstones. Charlotte was the daughter of the late William Earle & Gladys Kathleen (Stivers) Cowherd and is preceded in death by her sister, Judith Batts and a brother-in-law, Bobby Ellis.

Funeral Service: 2 PM on Friday, January 3, 2025, at Restoration Life Church with Pastor Michael Lutrell officiating
Pallbearers: Brad Frazier, William "Bill" Frazier, Bryan Whitacre, Brant Frazier, Nathan Frazier, Michael Frazier & Dalton Watkins
Form of Contributions may be given to S.O.W. Ministry at Restoration Life Church.
Visitation: 11 AM until service time on Friday, January 3, 2025, at Restoration Life Church.
Following the funeral service, Charlotte will be cremated and her ashes will be interred at New Castle Cemetery.
