Dale Louis Delaney, age 72 of Shelbyville (formerly of Eminence), passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2025, at St. Joseph Hospital in Tampa, Florida. Son of the late Gilford and Geneva Prather (Kiefer) Delaney, he was an employee of Steel Technologies before becoming an independent contractor. He loved to fish, travel, study his genealogy, and spend his winters in Florida. In addition to his parents, Dale was preceded in death by his loving grandparents, Chester & Lela Delaney, and a brother, Ray Delaney.

Funeral Service:    3 PM on Sunday, January 12, 2025 at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home, officiated by Bro. Coleman Colston.  Private Interment will follow in Pleasureville Cemetery.
