Charlotte Elizabeth Wakefield, age 74 of Eminence, passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2024.  She was born on March 18, 1950, to the late George Wakefield and Mary Louise Smith.

            She was a member of First Baptist Church in Eminence, Kentucky, where she served as an usher for many years. She was a graduate of Eminence High School and worked for Lincoln Insurance Company and the Presbyterian Church until retiring in 2015.

            Charlotte was preceded in death by her grandmother, Birdie B. Barnes, her aunt, Mary B. Marshall, her uncle, George Clay, and a sister, Rosalyn Wakefield.

Funeral Service:  1 PM on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at First Baptist Church of Eminence, officiated by Rev. Charles Duncan.  Rev. Robert Fields will be assisting.

Burial: Eminence Cemetery

Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church.

Visitation: 11 AM until service time on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at First Baptist Church.
