Robert D. Clark, age 80 of New Castle, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2025 at The Richwood in LaGrange.   Son of the late William David and Edith Lee (Mertz) Clark, he was a farmer and a member of LaGrange Christian Church. A decorated Army veteran, he proudly served his country during the Vietnam War.  A jack of all trades, Robert was a skilled mechanic and carpenter.  He was an avid fisherman, but above all, he loved spending time with his grandchildren!  Robert was preceded in death by a brother, Carroll Clark, and a sister, Martha Bell.

Funeral Service:    11 AM on Friday, February 21, 2025 at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home, officiated by Pastor George Irvine of LaGrange Christian Church.

Pallbearers:    Joshua Brierly, Weston Clark, Michael Abrams, Colton D. Clark, Zachary Mahuron, Blake Owen & Scott Collings

Burial: New Castle Cemetery

Memorial contributions may be made to WHAS Crusade for Children.

Visitation: 9 AM until service time on Friday at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home.
